foglight aiming

anyone know which way i should turn the screw to adjust the foglights? i want to aim them higher. is it true that you can only aim higher and lower? i know you have to use a 8mm socket to adjust it. thanks

Wait till its dusk or dark enough to see the beam pattern, get close to a wall, turn them on and find out which way does what.

its hard to do that, cuz i have to jack up the car to get in there. thats why i want to turn it a few turns during the day and see how it is aimed but it is such a long process.

Can you even aim the 95-96 fogs? I've had my fogs and brackets in and out of the car like a million times and never seen anything that looked like it would adjust it.
