Charging light??
Hey guys...i have a little problem. My 99 came with a bad battery so i put in a new one(6yr warrenty and all), but now the charge and brake light pulsate simultaniously and even stay on together afeterwards. Even I rev up the motor it doesn't go away. Sometimes it happens and sometimes not. Can you guys shed some light on this issue. I have a 99% feeling it's the alternator, but i just want to make sure it's not something else.
As well, i searched for polyurathane bushing kits for the max and couldn't find one. I even used the search options, but didn't help much. Thanks

Well of course it's the alternator! It's not charging.
To confirm this simply put a multimeter across the battery terminals. When the engine is running you should see at least 13.8 volts. If it is much less, you're not charging.

my frined is an electrical wiz...he'll test it...but i'll just buy another one at this rebuild place near our house(starters and alternators) and new belts. From there I should be fine. Thanks guys
Ohhh about the bushings...anyone know anything about it. I need to change mine and willing to buy some as of next week or so, but have no idea where to get some. Thanks
