yea, thats what mine EXACTLY looked like when i tried to put on my hi flo cat on, but couldnt get the bolts off, i just got so fustrated with it, i just took it to tha shop and let them install it.

Heat, and lots of it. Make the bolt glow red and it will come off like butter.

The bolts on my car were like that as well. Lit the torch up and burned them out/off.

torche them till they are cherry red... they will practically come off themselves

just take it a muffler shop and have them replace the bolts

Chances are if you can't get them off by hand with a breaker bar, an impact will just speed up the process of stripping the head.

I have the same prob..although I planned on breakin out the sawzaw!! that or just torch off the y pipe from the exhaust manifold because im doin a dek swap and its pointless for me to pay a shop to replace the bolts since i have extras

Torch... like some have said.. that is the best thing... get it clowing and it will back right off... just dont let it fall on you... its very hot hehe
