ignition system help
ive always had a tricky ignition ..when u turn the key u have to hold it an extra split second for the car to start.. its been struggling lately to get it started..i have a feeling im gonna have to replace it.. what does something like this cost?? would like to have an idea before someone tries to rip me off..thanks
Changing the ignition switch is easy. Just remove the steering wheel "cowl" trim. It is held on with 4 screws. Use a long extended philips screwdriver. Once you have the trim off, you have access to the ignition switch. It is held on with two mounting screws. Unplug harness. Remove and replace with new one. Simple as that...your done.
