Leaking Intake Mainfold

what would leaking Mainfold lead to if its left alone? any performance change? can i seal the side by using gasket sealer?

If it's the gasket, just pull off the manifold and replace the gasket. Go grab a Haynes or Chilton's manual from your local auto parts store and do it yourself. It's not super difficult.
