Opinions on JET V-Force PCM's?

I'm thinking of getting a JET V-Force PCM for my '96 maxima that has a k&n intake and a budget y-pipe. Anyone have experience with these PCM's? I don't know much about how exactly they work. Installation - do it yourself or professional needed? You think it's worth the $200?
