If i grind off the yellow square part of the bolt, will the green square part of the bolt fall right off if i punch it out with a screwdriver and a hammer or it has to be drilled out.

You will have to drill or torch it out. It's a threaded stud.

yea drill or torch....take it a a muffler shop and have them torch it out...take new nuts and bolts and have them put them on...then go home and cahnge ur y-pipe with the new fresh bolts u hav in ur cat
