Passenger Step Lamp Inoperative...Is this why?

A while back, I did something that caused my step lamp to stop functioning. Obviously, it does not get ground. I checked the schematics and did some testing, and I narrowed it down to the component in this pic. Has anyone else confirmed this? Is there anyone with eletrical expertise that could shed some additional light on the subject (no pun intended)?

The board was removed from the window control module on the passenger side so I could inspect and test it. The component is labeled Z3, and at the top position, to the right, there are three legs. I think this is the bad component. Is it replaceable?
