Anyone heard of Megan Racing?

I am currently in the process in upgrading my exhaust system... (ordered the y-pipe from lss with their deal going on right now)

But I don't know if anyone heard of megan racing...

I'm kinda interested in it... if anyone have this on their max; please give me some info...

megan racing makes good parts.

from what i know, people hold catman above megan, but dont think megan is crap.

now lets wait for someone who REALLY knows for sure to back up what i said or correct me.

I've been running that cat-back for about 3 years now. I love the sound of it. It's a bit loud, but with the V6 to back it up, it sounds good. I'm also running headers, and y-pipe with it, so it makes it a bit louder, but not much worse than most aftermarket exhausts.

I finally have to upgrade from this one to a 3" exhaust (I'm boosted), but I'll be putting this exhaust on my other Maxima anyway.

Lol mega is no where near cattman. It's good for the money. From what some people have said, it is very loud. So, if that's what you want go for it.

Its good for the money, but indeed is on the loud side. I've driven my friend car who had this on it. At idle or just cruising the exhaust was very quiet, the more you start to get on the throttle the more it get louder and fast. There is some dronning here and there but its a good exhaust for the money.

I can also say that it does sound really good on the max, driving by the house every day. I would say it sounds real nice and mean so to speak.

I have Megan and I like the deep sound it has to it .. I have a 5MT ... so it has a different tone at each gear, the faster you go the deeper it sounds in my opinion ... but i gotta admit it is loud, but then again I like that ... during the last 10 days of the month I ride around with the silencer due to cops giving out obnoxious tickets cause they have to meet their quota ... but all in all I think it's worth the money ... good luck

cops in NJ dont have a quota. Not local, not state, none of them. They may do it for their own enjoyment, but thats about it. The closest thing they have to a quota is right now they are supposed to be writing more seatbelt tickets. All that means is now instead of a speeding ticket, or a warning for speeding, your most likely getting a seatbelt ticket. Wearing it or not.

I had a megan racing catback on my NA car. Excellent quality, but loud without the silencer in. Buzzy on deceleration. I had ypipe and test pipe as well.
