Rear Stance

How do your rides look from the rear? Does it ever look crooked, sort of like the right side is a tad lower than the left? My old 95 maxima leaned a tad to the right as with my 97 it seems. Is this some kind of flaw that all maxima's have?

Sitting an average size male in the driver seat should balance that out...

i just noticed that yesterday when i was lowering the rear end some more, my right side is definently lower. but the coilovers were the same exact length i measured them over and over.
i was trying to think of if there was weight on the right side of the car anywhere that would cause that but i just donno...i dont want to make one coilover shorter to compensate for it either...

Could be your tire jack & antenna weighing down the right side. j/k

I'm lowered on Progress/Illumina, and it sits perfect!
Check your tire pressure, that could also do it.

My right side is technically higher. With coilovers you can set any height. I just haven't gotten around to correcting it. Were talking about 1/4" here.

even tho i took that picture at an angle. back then my passenger side was sitting 1/2" lower than the driver side in the back. now the gap is even on both sides

Thats because coilovers can only be properly dialed in by weighing each corner of the car on a scale and balancing L/R. Measuring the physical units only puts them equal without any preload of the vehicle. You can set them up better by measuring the wheel to fender gaps on level ground and making that even left to right. You'll handle a lot better if their set correctly.
You think your car weighs the same on the left and right sides, especially up front?

not up front, but in the back i didnt see any reason for there to be such a big difference.

Maybe, it's the fat chicks you having riding in your car!!!
But your car should be on a leveled surface. Some of those pics don't look like they are.
