why is my CEL blinking like this?

well i have had a CEL for my evap solenoid for a while now... i finally went to the junkyard to pick one up, i got two...i went to autozone to change my brake pads.... so while i was at it a changed the solenoid..... when i was done i checked for codes and got a whole bunch of em...

13 02 :MAP/BARO SW Solenoid/Valve.
08 07 :EVAP Canister purge control valve/soenoid valve circuit
09 01 :Front Right Htd 02 sensor heater
10 01 :Front Left Htd 02 sensor heater
05 04 :Automatic Transmission Control Unit Signal to ECU
01 11 :EVAP control system/Flow
03 05 :EGR Temp Sensor

so i went ahead and started up my car and everything rns good, BUT my brake light is on and i think thats because i didnt refill the brake fluid
ALSO my CEL is blinking like crazy, when i come to a light it blinks slow and even stops for 10 seconds or so, but as soon as i put my foot on the gas... it start to blink like crazy again....

i disconnected my battery for about 20 mins and came back to drive it it was doing the same..
when i check for codes i got 05 05, that means nothing is wrong, BUT IT IS STILL BLINKING!!

does anyone know why?

its blinking cause its misfiring!!!!!

the more you step on it the more a cylinder has to fire or misfire in your case. have you ever changed you plugs? i dont know any codes off hand by numbers. but that is why its blinking. most likely you have a dead cylinder or bad plugs. I recommend you changing the plugs and see which misfire fault you have and replace that cylinder.

Now my other question is when you say you had an evap fault and replaced it and found more faults. did you have 1 fault to start with before you went to the junk yard?

wait wait i just looked up 0505, idle control malfucntion. that could be the cause of your misfires maybe your MAP and maybe your front 02s. Check your idle air control valve, clean it out, clean out throttle body, i would still replace plugs if you haven't.

your 2 evaps are together, 1 staying it had wrong flow and 1 saying bad valve causing wrong flow.

without looking at your car this is the best i can tell you. if your evap fault is still there, possible bad valve, clogged evap canstier or damage to the evap lines.

Also for the record the battery d/c did not work to reset the ecu for me, i did it for over 2.5 hours and i still had cel. Just reset the cel manually on the ecu itself.

[QUOTE=TurTLe*]...wait wait i just looked up 0505, idle control malfucntion.... QUOTE]

P0505 may be, but CEL flashing 05-05 just indicates no stored DTC's.

oh well if thre are no DTC and its blinking then its just misfires.

I'm not to sure with the whole lingo on the codes since i dont do it myself i have a reader and all mines are Pxxxx, i still think your misfiring due to some type of vacuum leak... either at the IACV.
