can I fix this bumper

My car is 2" lowered. whenever I enter/exit a compound the lower side of bumper scrates againt the road sometimes very heavily. Now a crack is developed on lower pessanger side bumper, from fog light all the way to the end.

I was thinking of putting gorilla tape on it and forget about it. Does any one have any other idea on how to fix crack on lower side of bumper.

pcitures would be nice to give a detailed answer.

Depending on how bad, it could be fibger glassesed, you might be able to get away with tape (depending).

Post some pics so we can see.
