http://forums.maxima.org/showthread.php?t=493450 <- try that first?

It's not the easiest thing to take the lights off. Requires the grill to come off and i believe 4 bolts holding in each light.

Yeah to take out the lights take off the grille. Undo the four bolts and the should pop out. Just heat them up in the oven and carefully pop off the plastic.

Those headlights are worth it if you want them.

Yes they should give a little better light since they should reflect more.

Nismo, did you heat them up before or just try to pop them off?

I wouldn't even try to heat them and take the lens off if it's your first time messing around with headlights you may get condensation in them when you put them back together. If you have the main headlights out just wet sand and buff them like that and if not just keep them in and mask off, that s what i did and they came great. good luck

Just get Meguire Plast-X at Autozone and in 5 minutes your headlights will look almost like new.
There is no need to remove them.

Why shouldnt he take them apart? Should learn how to do it some time. It's not hard at all. And you just heat them back up and use a belt to push keep them together. I've taken them apart 4 times and have no condensation problems.

Wow....ok. Why would you put 95-96 glass on when you can just get 97 glass lights? Obviously PIAA bulbs will see better than stock bulbs. If you're going to get PIAA bulbs then you might as well do the 9007 upgrade and get major light output, or depending on where you get the bulbs (what price I mean) the PIAA might not be worth it. They are expensive and you could save more for a HID kit.

I know and I was saying that you can get glass headlights for your 97. The 95-96 lights wont fit your max.

Well they won't look much different. The output should be a little better but you probably wont notice looking at it, just actually driving.

I found those lights on ebay. They are the only clear euro style I seem to be able to find for a 95 maxima. Maybe I'm not looking in the right places. I like the clear head light look though.
