Would anyone recommend me to get hi-flow intake from stillen or any other manufacturer. What are the pros and cons of having it? I am not familiar with intakes, so any help would be appreciated.

Just installed Jim Wolf (JWT) Pop Charger!

I LOVE IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
It sounds great! Its also cheaper than stillen. It is the same thing except stillen has "Stillen" on it.
It was very easy to bolt on, Remove top and bottom piece of the stock air box adn your in buisness. HAve fun and good luck! Get the JWT!

Yeah I have the JWT pop charger too and it's great. Highly recommended. Excellent quality (identical to Stillen), and very easy to install.

I believe that as long as it's near

the intake you can place it anywhere. Just zip tie it onto something. I had asked Cattman this in an email a while back and he said JWT tested it like that with no probs. Of course, my 99 SE-L doesn't this sensor attached to the airbox to begin with so I don't have to worry about it.

Intake

You can see mine on my page, I made it myself with a Lightning adapter and KN filter.

Air temp sensor should be located in your tunnel duct that goes from the grille to the air box. I zip tied mine to the wiring on the front of the drivers side strut tower.

Since I took my pics, I have removed the air tunnel and tied the sensor to the wire harness.

I can't access your maxima page. Can you just post the pics or send them to me by email?
Thanks

easier

isnt it just easier and more efficient to buy a standard converter piece for the air intake (like 20 bucks) and put a k & n filter on that? Why do you all spend the extra money for a "popcharger" or whatever it is... its the same idea, just with a name....just asking, inputs appreciated....

I got a K&N cone intake off E-Bay. I love the sound it makes at WOT. Cruise speeds aren't much louder than stock though. I've heard that oil-type filters can affect fuel/air mixture sensors. Anyone else heard this?
