Heat them up and use a baseball bat.

I wouldn't worry about going through the trouble with stock wheels. If you put 18's or 19's on you will be able to tuck without a problem. Check member rides forum, many have done it.

I don't get your reasoning. I was tucking more with my 17" wheels, than my 18" wheels now. You have to factor in wheel width and offset too. You can tuck easier with a higher offset. I got all of the tread on the tires to tuck with my 18" TSWs, but I couldn't turn. I also needed to put as much negative camber on the wheels as I could.

sounds like a way to goof some tires up. i had my front bealy tucking, and no problem like rubbing or anthing. i just rolled them alittle with a bat. it took 30 min to do both wheels up front.

I had problems with my back. i was tucking just a tad, and when i would hit a bump or something in the road, the fender would come down and cut my tire. so i took a high power sander and just sanded the lip of the rear fenders down alot so it does not cut up my tire.

The rears are alittle think to do with a bat. i even tried rasingin the car up, pputting the bat in between the wheel and fender and lowering the car onto the bat alitte and they still would not bend.

It has to do with sidewall ratio.

Max4speed's (now VIP's EV-S') 19s tucked like mad and the car did not rub.

My post had more to do with factory 16s but still applies.

i really dont recomend doing it yourself because it might damange the paint. it happened to my friend. when i dropped my car, i took it to tire kingdom to have the fenders rolled and they have this small machine with a rubber roller at the end (sorry, dont know the name of it) and he would just turn it and it'll be rolling the fenders smoothly. no damage to the paint whatsoever.

good luck.

ask your local auto shop to see if they have the tool to do it. you should be able to rent it or have a wheel shop do it for you.

but if you keep your side walls in ratio with your stock wheels weather they are 16 17 18 19 your tires and wheels together will be pretty much the same size. i can put my stock 16's on and they are pretty muchin the same place as my 19's and my car sits at about the same.

remeber ifyou want you can always raise your k-sports up so you are not so low and you do not have to worry aboutthe tucking
