do we have one?

has any one ever cleaned/replaced theirs?

The only thing in the tank is a screen. The filter is in the engine bay

If you have a 5th gen then yes its in the tank

i was thinking more of the screen in the tank. i'm guessing theres not much reason to clean it then eh?

hi all, newbie here. I'm not really responding to this thread but for whatever reason I cannot post a new thread. Any reason for that? But I do have a few questions about my '96 GXE concerning wheel hop.

ok thanks for the heads up. anyway, here's my question:
I have a '96 GXE and I have wheels/tires from a 2003 350Z with the stock Potenzas on them(F:225/50/17s R: 235/50/17s) and for whatever reason when I lay on the throttle enough in 1st to break them loose I get a helluva lot of wheel hop. With my old 15" tires and rims I didn't have this problem. Anyone have any thoughts or suggestions, because I plan on taking the car to the drag strip soon and I dont' want to have to worry about terrible wheel hop when I'm coming out of the hole.
