Just as the title says. Its late and I'm tired and give up trying to figure it out myself. So I will just ask.

umm pop of the bottom, by pulling on the latch's. there are 2 of them. then once you get that of there are two bolts on the seat;s to the side. also remove the clip from the pass through. there you will find two more bolts. undo the side boards on clips and pull up the deck board also on clips. i will try to find some pics.

??

As I remember it, you go into the trunk, look up, and remove all the bolts that are visible. The speaker drops right down and you disconnect the electrical connector.

the speak don't drop down. You'd have to remove it from the top. Search google answer.

No the bolts face down. You have to take off the top panel as f550maranello2 said. Then you can get to the bolts. Believe this is in the stickies as well....

got this from google group.

OK - You need to remove the back seat and shelf to get to your rear
speakers.
1.) Remove the rear seat bottom cushion. ( Pull on the 2 plastic rings on
each edge. )
2.) Remove the 2 bolts on the outside edges of the seat back.
3.) Fold down the arm rest and door behind the arm rest. Lift the carpet and
remove the 2 bolts. Push up on the seat back to remove.
4.) Remove the 3rd brake light assembly.
5.) Pull back the door edge molding.
6.)Pry out on the rear pillar trim panels to release the clips. Let them
hang by the rear seat belts.
7.) Pry up the rear deck panel and slide it toward the front to remove.
8.) Now you can get to your speakers

tips: to remove the 3rd brake light, push down, toward the glass and then lift
also, use a panel power or long screw driver to get the c pillars off else you'll probably break something..i think that's the only tricky parts to the rear speakers
