RACE 96 GXE AUTO Mods vs. 97 SE 5spd Stock

Just to tell u , with all the mods i have i raced a 97 se which was 5spd and stock, and im an auto, and we went head to head... anyone know what the 1/4 on the 5spd is?

The 5spd stock runs 15.2. If he was a better driver, you would have lost. The fastest auto with your mods I've ever seen ran a 15.4.

Well I ran a 15.29 on the track, and it was an uphill track too! people that ran on both on same day said its a .3 diff. so i prob run high 14s, very high or a flat 15!

I stand corrected.... damn, that's a great time for an auto. You just have the intake / y-pipe / muffler?

thanks man.. i dont knwo bout sea level..but i know it was a bad track.. one day im gonna go to the good one and see if i brake 15 that would be tight!

i ran a 16.1 at palmdale which is 2640 up high...
and palmdale is a second off..soooooooooooooooooo

I could vouch for that time. When I had my '96 GXE auto, I got a 15.385 time slip. I think it was just a good day. That was at the Sacramento Speedway, and the Enteprise Rent A Car Maxima pulled 15.5 (i removed the air filter that was in the airbox and disconnected the muffler)...

well if you can run 14's in your AUTO you will be the Second Maxima to run 14's


and the 97 5spd ran 15.6 stock 1/4 mile
