Good ebay CAI?
I am looking for a CAI for my maxima and have been trying to buy the bomz CAI that I see for sale but I have tried 2 different retailers and they both sold me the intake but after buying it they both told me the intake is on backorder. What is another decent brand of ebay CAI? I am looking for something without fitment issues and everyone on here just refers to ebay intakes in a generalized sense without naming the brand of their intake. I dont care how good or non good they look as long as I can get one that will ship immediately and work/fit fine.

Well you can make it yourself as previously stated. Might be cheaper then buying ebay one and getting a k&n. As for jxkim's comment, stock is good but not the best if you have a true CAI. But the saving for a y-pipe may be a better idea.

I get ALOT of sound out of mine and I would definitely say more then 1hp. I went back and forth to stock with a k&N drop in and then back to a cai and the cai was alot better.

What price? You can get one for pretty cheap by using certain pipes. Just get pipes to go after your stock maf and run them through to the fender wall with a k&n. If you dont like it then replace the stock box. You should see like 5 hp maybe. Nothing big but still has some.

I was too, but I get Alot of sound out of mine, maybe its because i don't have a foglight in and the air just rushes right in.

for that money. spend it on a ypipe. fix your exhaust line to smooth out the veloicty of air leaving your car. intake just buy a new filter. no need for more air coming in if it cant leave ur car just as fast

check out my bomz CAI review at vqpower.com...when they first came out i was the first one who got it... infact i paid like $80 for it. now i think it's a lot cheaper. but i don't have bomz CAI setup anymore... (JWT short ram w/ bomz midpipe now)
