I got an antenna mast from Pinnacle Nissan for like $12 dollars a few years ago, works great, not hard to replace. I believe there is a write up in How-To section.

Well, I need a little more than the mast, now. I need the whole assembly. Pinnacle Nissan has one for $200+, discounted to $160, it seems: http://www.trademotion.com/partlocat...5&model=Maxima (Electrical-->Body Electrical-->Antenna and Radio-->Antenna Assembly)

Not gonna do it. I'll be cruising ebay.

And those instructions the **** moderators love to throw people to are so lame for the antenna. Look at my pictures and tell me those instructions tell you how to handle that. They don't. They're basically: Step 1 - Take part out of box. Step 2 - Install it.

Helps a ton, right?

Well, I don't much, either. I like to have the option. I do frequently tune into NPR and when I get tired of what's in my changer, I wanna hear what's playing on the radio. I find that a lot of new music my friends listen to I know nothing about. I don't have cable to watch the videos and stuff so there's no way for me to know what's new that I might be missing. Plus, I may be trading in my car in a year or so, and I don't want stuff like that to take off the value of the car.
