is there any way that you could take a picture of the the lights from under the hood. What i mean is like looking down at the back of them. Mostly i just want to see where the plugs are because my sc'er piping keeps hitting the harness and causing my light to not work. If this kinda moves the location it might be better for me.

Thanks
-Tom

Also about how long did it take for you to install them with the wiring and everything.

When I was supercharged, I had the same problem with the charge pipe hitting the connector on the passenger side. These new ones have a lot of room from behind because the connector doesn't plug "straight/flat" into the socket. It plugs in and it dangles. See first pic for reference as to what I mean.

Took me about 45 minutes including the enlarging of the mounting holes. There's no wiring. Wiring is plug and play.

Wow those headlights are sick I'm alittle worried about how bad the light output is compared to stock. DO you think someone that might live in the same area as Ewuzh could maybe take side by side pics or could some one put up a picture of the stock light pattern?

Take a night pic with just your corner lights on.

I ordered black version of these lights last week... I'm still waiting on them to arrive. I'm currently running HID on my headlights and my fogs so I'll be needing a whole new set of HID for 9006... and maybe some hyper whites for high beams.

.... Oh yea... you said it comes with bulbs... what kind of bulbs does it come with... some random yellowish stock looking bulbs?

Again, thanks for stepping up Ewuzh.

They look very nice from the outside, the output worries me a bit as I have no plans of a retrofit.

Me neither.. I was just gonna throw some HID's in there, because if they truly copied the R34 reflector and beam pattern, then plain HID's would be the stock option.

---------------------------------------------------

wait.. okay, I'm sitting here and pondering why ppl are saying 9006. I run 9004's stock and if these are plug and play that leads one to believe that logically 9004 should work. Or do 9006 fit a 9004 socket with little or not mods like say 9007?..

Also, that beam pattern isn't terrible, it's just that whole solid line of light in the center looks a bit lame. Nice though overall there Ewuzh.

Go to a wall and park 20' or so away and take some pix of the pattern. Then go to a dark road and do the same. Take a pic of low and high beams please!

Look at the pix again Dylan, the 9004 connector gets split to the 9005/9006 lights. They are compleatly different.

This may sound crazy, but I'm not too sure they'r egoing to look too good AE'd. I saw the pic they have of them like that and I modified it a bit and it didn't look symmetrical from certain perspectives.

What's the approximated measurements (width and height) for the low beam area?

I just want to know so I can try to retrofit TSX projectors in them when I get it.

I Just ordered the blacks ones. I already have TSX projectors that I will be fitting in the lowbeam housing with 6000k HIDs and i will be using a yellow 9004 bulb for the inner housing with amber LED corner lights, would look very similar to the TL/TSX headlight setup. Should look good on my dark blue or do you guys think i should sale the black ones to my cousin and do it with the chrome ones?

Ewuzh, throw HID in there borrowed from others, we might not need to put projector in this headlight. keep us updated.

Nice Lights. Just one question. If one was to do the HID retrofit on these, how would you have it set up being that it has a dual projector?(ex: just retrofit the low beam projectors or retrofit both low&high beam proectors?)And one other thing, where can you purchase these headlights from?

they turned out better than i thought. my truck has the 9006-9005 combo and i knew the output wouldn't be that great if any over the 9004. i do think the cefiro AE is still better looking, but thats my opinion.

Question 1: I would just retrofit lowbeams. It's not necessary to retrofit highbeams. I don't know if that answers your question...

Question 2: Ebay is your answer. Keyword = "maxima r34" or "maxima headlight"

No, No and No. I hate diamond bumper lights. The headlights are also way to chrome and shiny for me. I will be blacking them out ASAP, just like my current (old) headlights.

Well it's night time and I just went for a drive. I adjusted the lights to shoot a little higher and they are pretty decent now, especially considering the bulb they included is probably some cheap 50 cents light bulb.

I couldn't find a dark area with a wall Jsutter, but from the beam output has a SHARP cutoff along the sides (on the ground). Can't say anything about the front though.

High beams are Good. They spread the light everywhere and evenly. No problems there.
