Well I really like the way they look installed. They seem to make the car look a little more modern, because of the nice 1 piece look. However the beam pattern is horrible. These are an ideal candidate for a retrofit.

It would be great if you could get that wall shot that JSutter is talking about.

I would buy them in a second if it was decent.

YO, if you are selling the black ones, i'll buy'em. No bull.

Kinda looks too small for a retrofit, seems like only really small projectors would fit. Low beam reflector doesnt seem to have a whole lot of room for bezels. to me it looks like the TSX's would be hard to fit, maybe some low beam E46's.

No ways any TL's would ever work in there, they barely fit in the stock housing.

Sure would look sweet!

I bet TSXs would fit well in that housing. TLs, hell nah.

It's cool and all IMO, but the AE will be the only thing that I can see saving the beam pattern factor.. It really is terrible, retrofitters might get lucky; other than that however, I don't think there will be any such luck.

I already ordered the AE ones last week. Hopefully I get them this week in the mail. I have 9004 HID currently but they won't work with these. I'm getting 9006 HID this weekend also.... and I'll be putting some hyper whites for 9005 high beams or maybe concider another set of HIDs. I guess my 9004 HID and headlights will be for sale soon.

Ewuzh...

Can you please tell me the approximated measurements (width and height) for the low beam area?

I just want to know so I can try to retrofit TSX projectors in them when I get it. Just want to make sure that it will sit well...

Holy ****...I love these! I've got TSX projectors coming from Florida this week. I'm going to immediately get these retro'd...

Does anyone think there would be any extra room to get some Angel eyes in there vs. the stock lights w/ a TSX? It sounds like it has the same amount on space as the OEM lights...

They seem to be able to still fit even if you cut out the whole bracket like I did for the Cefiros. Just plumbers tape and the two nuts on the body?

You need the bracket because the headlight is held in only by that bracket on the outer side.

There's about a 4" x 4" useable area to work with.

I just spoke with optionracing.com in the wholesale department and he said that he would like to get a group deal on these headlights. He did not give me any pricing but just wanted to know a quantity. How many people would be interested in these headlights for a group deal?

Sorry if this is thread hijacking but i just figured it would be a good place to put it. Mods delete this post if its not allowed

Tell him to become a sponsor and set up a Group Deal thread on the GD forum. These lights seem popular enough that it should generate plenty of interest.

That is what i told him. I am just posting on here saying that something could be in the works for people who have not ordered them yet. So if it can save you some money and you can wait at least a week for some results it could be for their benefit.

Oh yeah also to whoever asked about the clearance on the backside of the headlight, I just took a look at the backside while it was installed and there is a WHOLE lot of room compared to the stockers. The area behind the high and low beams is completely flat and there is nothing protruding out.
