so one of my headlight bulbs burnt out

Well, one of the crappy Silverstar bulbs in my headlights finally gave up tonight. So instead of just buying one and them not matching, i'm just gonna get 2 new bulbs. I figured first I would ask the .org what some good bulbs are? I want good light output, not just something that looks cool. I know many of you will say HID kit, but im not ready for that yet. Also, if any of you have pics or info where i may get the bulbs, please post.

thanks guys.

silverstars for extra $ and whiter lights (dont expect to see in rain)

besides that everyone will tell you xtravisions usually, and small number or wagner truviews (purple output)

Idk what everybody talks about with the problems of silverstars. I have 9007 Silverstars and they work great for me. Output is great and I can see in the rain. Anyway you do it go 9007. Silverstars are fine in my experience but I know that everybody loves the xtravisions (as you could see already). Try xtravisions first (they're cheaper) and then go Silverstars if you want. I'm going to try the xtravisions next just to see the hype.

I looked at this one http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Xenon...48896377QQrdZ1 . Has anyone had experience with this or a similar product? Anybody have Piaa's, Polarg's, etc.?

Just stay away from tinted bulbs, they suck.

If you want to save for a y-pipe then just do a 9007 conversion. Make your own harness.

personally i have 9007s xtravisions with my 12 gauge harness. its way better than 9004s any day.

to make a 9007 harness it might cost you 20 or 30 dollars.

you could try 9007 silverstars, but from when i had 9004 silverstars i wasn't going to spend the extra money and decided to stick with the tried and true
