Just wondering if this a good rebuild kit ... or if I can get something better elsewhere .... I'm not knowledgeable about this ... thanx in advance for your suggestions ...

That's a perfectly acceptable kit. Transparts is a reputable aftermarket rebuilt part supplier. The price is pretty good.
I have a couple of questions about the details of that kit. 1) the photo is for an LSD kit because it has the monster driver side diff bearing, but the item desc is for the non-LSD tranny 2) the application dates (91-96?) don't make sense to me. I know that the synchros changed a little in 96, but I'm not sure that the 3rd gens are absolutely identical in bearings, synchros, and seals. I would expect it to be more like 94-96. Just make sure that you get the correct kit.
While I haven't bought a Transparts kit before to confirm this, every rebuild kit I've seen thus far, including parts from Nissan, are made with the same brands of bearings. The only difference I've seen is that my kit supplier uses an SKF for the mainshaft bearing instead of a Koyo, and both are high quality brands. The diff bearings, for example, are ALWAYS made by NTN since these are a special size. The seals you get might be a little more generic, but since 99% of all sealing problems come from the seal installation or bearing play, I don't believe quality is an issue.
Not sure if it's worth buying the synchros. Usually the synchros aren't too bad, and if they are then replacing them doesn't fully solve the problem anyway due to damage of the hard parts.
Really, the biggest factors in a good tranny rebuild is the condition of the original hard parts, the cleanliness and installation techniques, and proper measurement for the shims. The last two are not easy to achieve as a DIYer.

I can say buying from Nissan will be more difficult and more expensive for very little, if any benefit.

Look under Transmission Parts in your local yellow pages, I called a number of places nationwide (from internet searches) then called someone local and got about the same price. He also sold rebuilds much cheaper than anybody else I could find, just wish I would have known that before I ordered/paid for the bearing kit.
