I am looking to get opinion on these.

How loud(er) your exhaust from stock muffler? Does it drone at cruising speed? Or probably start droning once you put a little bit of pressure on the pedal?

Would you recommend the original Apexi WS instead of WS2? What's the difference between these two?

It's not that hard to find one. There is a GD running on these. $180 for muffler only shipped and less than $500 for full cat back.

I opted for Budget B, thus my question regarding the muffler.

Haha, Ardika looks like you took my advice in the exhaust sticky.

Budget B + Apexi WS2 = the best catback you could hope for, besides perhaps a Cattman B in lieu of the Budget.

I did. Thanks!

The reason why I wanted to go with the Apexi muffler is because 5th gen exhaust are expensive! There is a guy selling his for US$ 160 including shipping. Sure it's nice, but the exhaust is not new. Then I have to deal with the dual pipes.

Apexi WS could be had slightly more than that brand new.

My car is an auto though, that's the problem. I used to drive Prelude manual and exhaust on that car is a good thing. Exhaust on an auto? Hmm....

Did you find a torn-up WS to display like Jsutter's?

Don't worry man, it'll sound just as good.. and the is neccessary, cutting up a WS muffler should be a crime.

I was wondering if I could find a Civic at the junkyard with the Apexi WS2 or something and just saw that muffler off of it.

It seems the muffler section should be the same for universal or Apexi custom catback.
