I have Intake, Exhaust what can I get next for permormance?

I now have Intake and Exhaust on my car what would be a good mod to get next? Some people have told me to get headers but do those even really help much or at all? Im not going to do NOS or SC so anyone have any ideas? Thanks

headers and y pipe. probably 45+ hp

Next mod would be a ypipe

Forget the headers.. no gains shown (yet) and very expensive.
