A- pillar and headliner removal

I'm looking to remove driver side A pillar to peel down the headliner to run some wires.

From what it looks like the A pillar is directly pull out, most likely held on by some tabs and clips and i can pull the headliner simply removing the visor.

I just need someone to confirm this.

Pretty sure hte pillar just pulls off like you said. But, the headliner doesnt just peel down like you said. It has a cardboard backing and is more stiff than you think. If you are too rough with it you can tear or crease it. What are you trying to run?

OH, for some reason I invisioned you wanting to run wires accross the entire headliner instead of just the corner. Dont know how I thought that. You should be able to pull the headliner down a little bit, but do be VERY careful.

oh no. I've done that before on other cars as well. I knew there was a lot of bolts and screws behind random things and hidden stuff as well. I just needed someone to say " oh yea i've done that before and there isn't anything hidden"

Pop the A pillar off with a pry tool/flat head. The easiest way is to tuck the wire up near the windshield then down the a pillar.

thanks John, that was my orginal thoughts. I have trim prying tools just wanted to make sure it wasn't held on by anything weird cause i gave a tug on it and it didn't budge at all.
