It was stained glass paint, it looks really good and it does not chip at all.

well i mean you can get these yellow projectors forl ike 30-40$ depending on jukyard. then retro.. some screws probably like 2$ from homedepot and your done... 50$max for total satisfaction.?

Homer, have you found es300 projectors for that cheap? If I can get a pic of them I'd like to see how much work would be involved in retrofitting them.
