Wow i need help real bad!

So, yesterday i was driving and noticed withe smoke coming from around the right tire (front) almost unoticable i noticed it a bit, so im on the highway and from nowhere this mitsubishi mirage comes in and tells me to run.. so i did and flored it then he wins by like a mile! when i come to a stop i noticed a CLOUD of white smoke coming from the same tire (front right) and i got scared almost pulled to the side of the highway but i went on so it stoped for after 5 to 10 minutes when i oppened the hood nothing seemed out of place im just scared i didnt damaged it, can someone tell me what does it have wrong?? thanks. another thing the car seemed to stuck at 85 MPH dont know if it has something to do with it its a 1995 nissan maxima GLE automatic thanks

Also i installed the LEDS on the whole car (except whe it says in what gear youre in) and tried to change the milage and "broke it" dont know it just wont read miles any more (even the "trip" milage) i tried to move it by force.. could someone tell me how to fix it?

It's really hard to understand what you're saying. From what I got it sounds like your caliper might be sticking, causing the brake pads to overheat and smoke. The lack of power could be a number of things. I'm not sure what you even mean in your second question, LEDS? Light Emitting Diodes?

Check your coolant level and power stearing fluid level. Maybe you have a leak and its dripping on the exhaust?

you need to speak understandable english. Unnoticble but you noticed it a little? huh ?

you raced a slower car then you and you got smoked by a mile and then you stoped and you saw smoke on your right front side. did you look at the caliper? first thing is to look at brakes and if nothing is wrong with them, confrim that the problem is still happening.

LED are another problem, forget the dumb LED's for now since your car is more important.

I raced a Mitsubishi too! And I saw white smoke too! But it was his car breaking down.

I bet when you installed LED's into your gauge cluster, you either dribbled solder, or messed up a connection somewhere. This would prevent your odometer (the mileage thing) from working properly.

are you saying you tried to roll back the milage on your odometer?...

check your brakes. put your hand on the right brakes and if they are hotter than hell, you have a seizing caliper. (compare it to the left side though, cause if you were just racing and braking hard they would be hot as hell anyway)

I wouldn't check it like that but that's ONE way...

I just noticed that theres a oil spill around where the smoke was coming out so is it a possibility that the withe smoke could be because at those speeds the oil could just leak or something?

^wtf?! Yes, at speeds over 80mph the engine seals break down and oil starts leaking out. At 100mph the engine can explode so be careful.

Since there is a oil leak, that probably confirms what I said above.

omg, no. What kind of oil is it, motor oil, trans/gear oil, power steering/ATF oil? is it even oil, or is it coolant? Is it leaking from the right side? You need to get under your car and find where the oil is comming from. Its probably a power steering leak or a coolant leak and its getting on the exhaust and burning.

He said it's coming from the right front tire. How would it be dripping on the exhaust?

Oops, for some reason I was thinking of a RWD setup.

Either way, he says he has a leak and smoke. It is very possible that what ever is leaking is hitting a hot surface.

Probably need to replace your valve cover gasket. Its easy and the gasket is cheap. If you can take a picture that would help us confirm.
