Front Axles - Dilemma w/ Pics

I purchased front axles from autozone and just want to make sure they are the right ones. I have ABS with a manual trans w/o LSD. My question is on the right side, I see the ABS ring, but on the left there is none. Does it require it or not? Also, are these manual axles?

Yesa both sides need the ring. Take it back and get one with the ABS ring installed.

That wont work...Its a totally different outer spline. Me and Tom found this out when they sent me the wrong axle

Really? Ive installed an ABS axle into a non abs car by just taking off the ring, never really thought about it much just assumed it would work the other way. Now that I think of it I guess without ABS either one would work. So, ya, dont do what I said, haha.
