Will auto-tran cause engine shut off?

Hasn't stalled since i re-soldered the connections on the MAF sensor, (lil box on top) , cleaned the MAF for the 3rd time, and grounded the MAF.
I also purged the coolant system for air bubbles while doing maintenance and got a lot of large bubbles coming out the radiator cap after the car was warmed up and turning the heater on/off full blast while reving the engine to 2500rpms.
I noticed that when i turned off the heater and rev'd the engine, i would get the same amount/size of air bubbles from the radiator cap. I dont know if turning the heater on/off created the air bubbles/pockets or if they're coming from my coolant system.
