help with check engine light....

help with check engine light....
hey guys i just got a check engine light on my 4th gen..i tried to look it up but it shows as undefined??? the code is (5 slow, 12 fast)

can anyone help me out with this???

id recheck that last part theres no such thing as that code... recheck it and if it comes back the same then your ecu has some ghost codes. do the steps in the stickies to erase it.
