good lord you people are funny.

my opinion: 20s look effing ridiculous and kill the performance I'm trying to improve upon. I'm in for the show AND go. 20s are not in the equation of me realizing my GOAL. IMO, they are only good for one thing: filling the massive hole in the damn fender.
your opinion: 20s look good and are worth the performance deficit. After all, your GOAL is show, not necessarily go. And hey, they fill the hole!

Overall consensus: we're both happy with what we've done and what we're after. Why the HELL can't it be as simple as that? Whatever happened to respect?

Enough of the damn pissing contest. Grow up guys.

Agreed 100%. Most org members cant f*cking stand 20s, but a handful like them. I think they are the dumbest thing ever and I'd rather get some power mods. You think that power mods are lame and you want 20" bling-bling rims. How about I just get my power mods, and you get your 20s?
Here is the reason that we're on this forum in the first place:

with 20's I'd suggest the Tokico Blue struts and springs. that might bring it down about 1". would be nice touch. Kill some of the gap off.

blue's should help keep a smooth ride

Debate over what exactly? Whether or not 20" rims are the way to go?

20's arent good for performance, but i think if you get the right design, they look alright. perfect size for looks and performance = 17's or 18's.
perfect rims for the 4th gen max = 2k3 17's = clean sexyness

unbelievable that it's gone to 4 pages. the best part is that you arent asking whether to buy 20's or not:

but everyone skips over that and puts their $.02 in.

may i suggest you try the wheels on? mine are 20x8.5 with a 35mm offset. 20x9 depending on the offset may not bolt up.

Sell the 20s.

Take the $ and buy a nice set of 17s or 18s for the 4th gen. You'll get lighter wheels, no issues, better ride and save yourself $ on tires down the road. It will lok just as good likley BETTER. I'm sure you won't have trouble selling the 20s.

To me its a no brainer.

Modifying a car is a matter of personal taste. We have heard opinions about how good or bad 20s look, and we have heard (correct) information about how they are detrimental to performance.

Beyond that, whether or not a person runs any size or style of rims is individual choice.
