and anyone have any experience with ebay tail lights possibly these specific ones? how is fitment? quality?

 

with your beige maxima, I would do the smoke.

from what I know, those are the same ones that custommaxima.com sold before they went out of business.
I've got the clear, and if you look really closely, you can see a slight difference in the color.
if the smoked were availalbe when I purchased, I would have went that route.

Why not just pick what you like? It's your car. Why ask everyone else what they want? A lot of guys have used the ones off ebay. They're fine.

 

Smoked tails for a CG2, but definately go with what you want, not what the forum wants. Because then you'll be stuck looking at taillights that you don't like.

 

I made these from stock. Not sure how the fitment is on these Ebay ones. Youll have to let us know if you get them.

smoke would look sweet plus with the color of your car that would be the better option IMO

 

well i was leaning towards the smoked but i wasnt sure about fitment. if the clears fit good but smoked did not then i would go with clears.

VIP Maxima has the smoked eBay ones, he said the quality was decent but I guess he has an issue with the inner tails not sitting flush (sticking out a little bit) with the outers.

I think the smoked ones would look good on your color. I was originally going to buy them for my car, but I decided to go a different route.

JSMax said that the outer clear tails do not match up with the inner tails on the trunk lid. Therefore, if i buy the ones below on ebay, will they not match. Am i better off getting a set of all 4 rather than just the 2 outer tails? what do you guys think?
