could be a bunch of things. First thing to do is clean the throttle body and IAC Valve. After that, I would inspect/change your Engine coolant temp. sensor since you say your problem only occurs at operating temperature.

My car is doing the same thing. I plan to remove and clean the IACV as well as the TB and see after that, pretty much what 2da mizzak suggests. However, I don't think the engine coolant temp will be releated if your temp gauge appears to work properly.

There are actually two temp sensors. One for the gauge and another one that sends a signal to the ECU. This sensor is responsible for causing stalling and hard starts.

If cleaning IACV, TB, and changing the fuel filter doesn't do the trick, I would check/replace ECTS.

Ahh, good to know. I'm trying to confirm that though and my 95 FSM only makes note of 1 ECTS located on the battery side of the engine compartment in the metal portion of the coolant lines. Can you tell me where the other one is located? Thanks.

They are located right next to each other.

Seafoam does hurt. If you want to clean do a Redline Intank. But before anything, do the TB and IACV cleaning and make sure you take them both off to do it.

Turn on your AirCon and see if that stops it stalling.. if so your IACV is probably clogged or you need turn up your base idle via the adjuster.

when you turn on your car the fast idler will keep car running but that cuts out when car hits operating temperature

it could be but a leak big enough to stall the engine would usually be accompanied by a noticeable hiss.
