My driver side factory foglight bulb died recently. What is a good replacement? I have PIAA superwhites in the headlights. Thanks.

Hello there,

Have you ever heard Philips AW (All Weather) bulb? I do have a set on mine, it looks good, it's slightly change color if you look at it from different angles; Or you can try out the PIAA Ion-Crystal (it has thicker tint coat that Philips AW though). IMHO, the PIAA products are too expensive. You can check out at these sites:

www.fosmo.com (?)
www.autolamps-online.com

Hope this could help.

I don't know if you want to match the hyperwhites w/ your fogs. I have factory fog lights but am using a yellow bulb. I love the look and have gotten many compliments. The factory bulbs are rated at 55W but I am running 85W Hella YellowStars all the time (day included) w/ no probs. Doesn't overdraw circuit and the lens easily handles the extra heat (which isn't too bad b/c it is yellow and not as hot as white) Here's where I got them http://catalog.com/susq/index.htm Enjoy
