i was right about it being universal, and really i dont have to know anything, as long as a CERTIFIED MECHANIC say he can do it, then it's cool...Your 100% percent right on the price thing, let me say it over... I'VE ASK THE MECHANIC WHAT HE CHARGES TO DO A S/C so now i have an idea... i dont want to pove anybody wrong, ALL I'M ASKING IS IF ANYONE SEEN IT, it's just like a thread i read about a couple of weeks ago about getting 19x10's for a maxima, all the guy wants to know is have anyone seen it or think it can be done. just respect the question with an answer, people get wider rear tires for RWD but dont be a smarta$$ just answer the question and tell the guy what you think, just like this post...

Well, even if your "mechanic" can manage to make a way to fit the supercharger and make the car run, will it run properly? Does he have knowledge of how to make this particular blower work on our specific cars?

I'll bet he rapes you in the butt on the price because he sees some goofy kid come in with a lifted-looking Maxima on chrome rims throwing a bunch of money around.

What does wider rear tires on a RWD car have to do with anything?

Oh, and I did answer your question and tell you what I thought

Now, can these shenanigans be over or are you going to continue to beat a dead horse? We've given you the facts and we've given you our opinions whether you wanted to hear them or not. Let it go and either prove us wrong or prove us right.

just because somone states they can do it, that doesnt mean its going to be done right , unless he really knows what he is doing, and unless he has experienced with boosted cars it may not run right. He quoted you for the install, did he also quote you for some sort of fuel management system and a tune? How long does he estimate this custom setup to take to install?

I've read the whole Craig Mack story many times. I've talked to Craig personally on many occasions about the setup. I probably know more about it than any other .org member. But, if you had PAID ATTENTION TO WHAT I SAID you would know that. Craig got his setup to work, but it had more to do with .org members helping his sincere efforts. His mechanic is the one who couldn't get it right.

Oh and as for the Redlinemax people? Ha. Don't even get me started on them. They may have some knowledge, but I wouldn't trust them with my car or my money ever again.

Would a moderator please lock this thread? It's pointless.
