ok.... now once and for all...

You need to do the following.... remove the knuckle... put it on some 4x4's and with a hammer and a large socket bang out the hub... remove the seals and the bearings from the inside.. remove the retaining rings from the bearing housing and take it to the dealer to get the housing pressed out and a new bearing pressed in.. IT SHOULD NOT COST MORE THAN 50 BUCKS TO DO!!!!!!! because it takes them 15 minutes to do... Iv dont it this way so i know.. iv also replaced and pressed the bearings in myself and it doesnt work very well...

so in conclusion.. but a new bearing and 2 seals from www.worldpartsexpress.com remove the knuckle and the bearings urself and take it to the dealer to get the new ones pressed in...

just did this last night along with new clutch and rear main seal. the wheel bearing was a pain in the a@@. I pressed out my self it took start to finish about 1 1/2 hours. After the new clutch and bearing it drives good. good luck 600 hunder dollars sounds high to me.
