eBay. Sometimes they go for 5 bucks.

on eBay. You can easily get one for $20. Just make sure that you get the one that looks exactly like the OEM one and not some generic brand because I have heard that they do not work properly on all cars.

Well if you get an OEM one, the way to do it is in the stickies at the top of the page.
