Bad MAF - HELP

Hi, brought my 99 5sp maxima se to an auto shop last Friday b/c the car was stalling when driving in any gear and also check engine light was out. B4 going to the shop, i use the screw method to check the engine light code but it shows code 0505 which means "no problem". But still, the car goes harshly. In the auto shop, the mechanic use their equipment to check the code and reads 0100, which is bad MAF, and i purchased a new aftermarket one from ebay and installed it today. The problem just still exist, what's wrong???
Some more information, my car starts right away no matter with the old or new MAF, but when it goes into gear (only when moving), it is just stalling all the time. And when i step the gas on Neutral, the engine does not go fully(and will stop in several second). I also have an Injen cool air intake as well as a Borla exhaust installed for several years already.
And recommendations, should i change back to the original air filter box instead of the injen?
Please help, thanks!!!!

this guy fixed his stalling problems by regrounding the MAF, worth a try, since it would be a cheap fix.
