4th Genners... need your opinions

The time has come where Im almost done with all my performance oriented mods (except an NX kit ) and i need some aesthetic mods. Question is.. do I get the full Ionic Dynamics CF kit or just the Stillen side skirts (painted pebble beige) and a CF front lip? What do you guys think?

Car front

Side (minus current CF hood)

Full CF kit (Flava_24/7's sweeeet panda max - hope you dont mind if I use your picture)

Thanks guys,
Grant

I'd do the Full lip kit in Pebble Beige.

Full CF looks good on white/black cars IMO..

you got C/F hood already...why not go go all carbon fiber? I think pebble biege and black go together... carbon fiber is a form of black/grey color. The only thing I personally dont like from the Ionic Dynamic kit... is the sideskirts... I prefer the sanora sideskirts instead... but thats me.

Flava's car =

but for your car, id say go with the pebble beige stillen kit. Personaly, though, if i were in your shoes, id go ahead with the wet kit. They are to much fun.

Well me and Flava did get into an argument about this because I am not a usual CF fiber. I do love his car but I'm not a CF fan in general. I think it looks good on his and I've seen one other max I liked with CF. IMO I don't think the CF goes with pebble beach. That's just how I feel. I want Flava's lights tho...haha

Hey man, i was wondering when you were finally gonna get a kit But IMO, i think doing a cf front lip with painted STILLEN sides would look awesome. I prefer stillen kit over any other as well, plus you get the strength of poly urethane vs. fiberglass. I always loved the CF lip but was always scared of how fragile the lip was..but they could be just as strong.

Reason i'd go for CF Lip and painted rest of kit..

airmattdog's sick max..

I love that look, it looks clean but gives it a nice accent to the front, especially with a CF hood and you're lights.

Hope this helps you out a bit..

Oh and those 19" SSR's would be amazing on your car! Hope you can get a hold of them...

^^^ Thanks man! Yea airmattdogs max was the one that gave me the idea to do painted sides. I definitely agree with you on the clean stance that it gives. Although everytime I see your incredibly clean 4th gen it makes me wonder about doin the full painted Stillen kit. Maybe more photoshop time, haha thanks again guys!

I see the guy before you drilled the holes in the bumper for the license plate too. I hate that, every time I look at my car it makes we want to get a new bumper.

Sick photoshop mad max. Getting those wheels right must have been a B1TCH.

I say CF lip with painted kit. As sweet as SSR's are, I like how rare those wheels are, really set the car off.

What about a full Stillen kit?

Super flexible (lip, sides, rear all came shipped to me folded in HALF!)
More aggressive front lip design than the Ionic lip
Rears wrap around to the rear of the bumper

If you've saw Airmatt's kit when it was full lamborghini orange, it looked much better than with the CF lip in front IMO. I had the SSR Comp X in 16x8 and they're were the best wheels ever.. Ceasar was pretty much my inspiration to get them, I used to watch videos and love the drag aspect.

Or.. get the full stillen kit..don't paint the front lip (which is black)..see how you like it, if you don't, paint the lip and be done with it

That's true, but you'd get a good idea on what it'd look like... What i really think you should do is get rid of that nasty CF hood and just send it to me ..

go with full stillen kit with you beige color.... i think that'll look better and not to mention that you will have to worry extra more about your CF lip cracking.... and it happens a whole lot....
