I need your opinion

hey guys, I was just wondering if you could help me out with what you think:

I'm looking at a slate gray 1998 Maxima with 119k on the odometer:

The inside is pretty much perfect...
Outside:
raised bump on hood probably from closing on something..very small
small "pencil tip" dent on rear door
a brush mark on back bumper

The only other concern is the rotor condition: a lip is forming around the edge of them..may need replacing

The good:
Cattman catback
Cattman y pipe
Namebrand CAI
Sirius radio for the next year
tinted all around
lowered with tockico
motegi wheels
new stock tires/bad tires on motegi

The guy is asking 5900 and he's not sure about the clutch being replaced (date) and there is a crack in windshield.

Would you do it?

You have to take the repairs needed on the Max into the asking price, 5900 + clutch + rotors (drilled n Slotted of course) + windshield? I wouldnt do it for 5900, more like 4500 tops.

WWOOO!!! First post! Go, me!
Seems kinda steep, dude. Just saying because I JUST bought a 98 with 115k on the clock for $4500. Only mod was a Injen intake. Keep in mind that with all the mods that car has, you MIGHT want to consider that it was probobly driven pretty hard. Another option would be to buy an unmodded car for a little less and put the parts that you want on it.

I agree. 5000 is more legit. Miles arn't too high, body isn't in that great of condition and you'll need to spend some $$ so fix the clutch and new rotors. The mods tech would add value since he's selling himself but I wouldn't pay 5900 for the condition its in.
