E-Brake cable

just replaced the rear calipers, rotors, pads. The right side ebrake cable is not functioning whatsoever.. the left is fine. The cable was catching and seizing the caliper on the right side previous to the caliper change. I'm gonna be doing the cable next week if neccessary, just wondering looks like you need to peal down all the heat shields? Can i get away without touching the exhaust? Anyways if anyone has any advice for me that'd be great! Thanks
Matt

Pay a reputable mechanic to look at it. Mine charges $40.00 to look at just about anything. You don't want to take chances with your brakes...
