question about exhaust hangers...

question for everone that has changed there cat..
what is the peice that holds up the hangers by the cat? is that part of the heat shield? or is that something that gets bolted onto the cat? i order the entire exhaust for my car, including the random tech. cat. the reason i ordered the new exhaust is beacuse all the hangers either broke or are rotting off.. i need to buy the new peice from nissan but i dont know what its called. its the part that holds the rubber hangers to support the exhaust by the cat. whats it called? and how much is it? anyone have a part #??
