I was wondering what the best 9004 headlight bulbs were for my Maxima. I narrowed it down to Naxos Xenon Blues, Nokyas, or PIAAs. I want 100/80 watts, but I don't plan to put in wiring harnesses. Has anybody had any problems with 100/80 watts (burned sockets)? I am not really eager on the PIAAs because they are pretty overpriced and not much brighter than the others. Thanks for the info.

DON'T fall for the H.I.D. conversion kits--your headlight assemblies are not designed for them, and therefore will not aim the light proper.

My advice: Get the bulbs with Xenon, but NO blue cover. As for Piaas, you will not notice much difference (due to headlight assembly design) but oncoming traffic will.
