fogs refused to open

dremal time tomorrow. so mad that these fogs didn't want to budge. The headlights came off rather easy. But these fogs are just a pain in the butt. I pretty much chiped the plastic side a nice chunk is gone because i wanted to know how deep in the glass goes and yea it goes in rather deep. dremal morrow and hopefullt i should be able to get everything nice and easy.

I did the fogs, They are a pita. I simply put them in the oven at 250-260 degrees for about 15 minutes longer after the original 220 for 15 minutes. Needless to say the housings gave more than the hard *** "goo" it was attached with. I managed to pry them open and AE them and refinish the chrome inside. Be careful the inside reflector is metal and is attached onto the outer housing with a screw and two pop things, similar to the corner lights pop screw. I resealed them with some sealing goo and it worked out well. They complete the front AE look.

i honestly didn't think they was going to fight that hard. i mean it was a cake doing headlights. even the corner lights. But i did notice the glass in these fogs are twice as thick as the headlights and corner plastic. i'm 1/2 way done cutting one but i need a larger disc as the slots for the mount bolts are deep in there, and my little disc cant touch them.

Yeah, I expected them to be as easy as the headlights, it fooled the hell out of me. Instead of less than a day it took me two days with these because of them being so damn hard to open.
