from what i see i will need a new marker light that sits next to the headlight that has a black housing, maybe someone out there has an extra that is from CE, a fender a bumper since the inner screw was ripped out (not pictured), fix the busted fender or replace it and than paint and of course blend the paint

if anyone has a set of these lights please tell me ill buy them i really love my lights and want to keep the same !!

Unbelievable. Why can't people own up to their actions? Insurance is there for a reason, and it's not a long shot that they'll get caught, seeing as the car was red.

Did your bumper light get damaged? I have a spare, I'd be able to help you out there. (the knocked out, small one)

man! that's some bad luck!

can't tell from the pictures but if your bumper lights got cracked, I have the driver side from an ebay set that I had on my car. Someone stole the pass. side so I replaced them with the CE lights and I just have the driver side from my old set sitting here.not sure if it'd be a perfect match to the set you have, but Let me know if you need it and i'll just send it to you, no better use for them anyway. GL getting it all fixed!

Cops won't care. But I guess you'll need their report to make a non-comp insurance claim.

YAY!!!!!!!!!!!
listen to this.... the cops come over, its a friend of mine we start by telling everything and when i noticed it and stuff like that. he says that he cannot do anything since its a private parking lot. as we are saying this the person that did it pulls in and slams it back into reverse to run away. the cop waves him down, when he gets out he stutters and says he left his wine in shipping basket!!! . well the cop than starts to do detective things makes me move my car than his car to match the scratches, feels the paint on his truck for freshness (course surface that hadnt flaked off yet).... totally reacts the whole crime scene. im astonished that a cop would do it all of this
he comes to the conslusion that he was the one that did it and puts the guy at fault even though we are in a private parking lot .... now today all i have to do it get an insurance adjustment so i can present it to them !!!!!!!
I LOVE MANDEVILLE POLICE!!!!1

If only we can get cops like that in Jefferson Parish. It would be cool if we met up sometime. Do you go to UNO? Talk to you later

glad things worked out for you. i had a hit and run a few years back. the guy hit my front passenger side door so bad i couldn't even open it. never knew who hit me, so obviously never caught him. good thing insurance took care of it.

Write his supervisor and tell them he did a great job. Sounds like this officer deserves the props.

Someone pulled a hit&run in the aparment complex I used to live in. The at-fault driver hit teh car, liek $2k in damage, then backed out and drove away. Came back later in a different car. Thing was that there was a witness who knew her, so he discretely mentioned to her that she had 30 mins to 'fess up before he told the victim who it was. She did fess up, but turned out to have no license or insurance due to mulitple DUIS - and she was drunk when did teh hit and run too... whooops! Victim got fixed up by his uninsured motorist coverage and the insurance subrogated the claim to the at-fault drivers, but she had no $$$ to give them.

It wouldn't be a big hassle and that cop would probably start doing stuff like that more often. Aaaaand you get brownie points if you ever got pulled over by him.

I double that motion, although it was in your favour that homeboy pulled up, peed his pants and tried to take off in "front" of that cop, the way some beat cops see it is, if it didnt happen in front of them they arent willing to move 10 ft from the squad car....Anyway good deal on finding the perp who hit your car. This one deserves recognition for his efforts on getting tax dollar put into motion that doesnt include going to Dunkin Donuts.
