So my car has been having trouble starting for a couple months, not a ton, but i just have to turn the key for like 3 seconds before it fully starts up. Then, I was at the gas station and I turned my car on, it made some popping noises, then a really loud hiss. I opened the hood and my radiator cap was shaking and the tubes were shaking and were super hot. I had NO coolant in my car. It was idling super rough also. so i put coolant, seemed fine. few days later, my car is idling like ****, and it won't idle. it will try and then it stalls. if i go into neutral anytime or am not pushign the gas it will stall out. what is wrong???

 

could be the idle control valve...i should check to see if it is working.

 

how do i check that???

 

Have you checked for codes?

 

yeah i have a ton of them

3 o2 sensors
evap purge cntrl valve
i dont know, some other ones. car is ****ed basically

 

'Some other ones' doesn't help any.

Post all the codes you have, one of them could be, say, informative.
