need help installing ground kit

I bought a ground kit off ebay and it doesn't have any installation instructions. Is there a good writeup for all the best ground points. Also, I have no idea how to mount the metal circle that comes with the wires the ground everything. I know it connects to the neg battery but haven't figured out how yet. Any help would be great. I tried to search the forum but had little success

Since I'm lazy, I'll tell you what to do:

1) Go to Vqpower.org

2) Go to the DIY section and find it under Hyper Ground Install or something like that.

"I installed this kit today it took me about 30 minutes total. I have an Optima Yellow Top Dual Post Battery so I went to my local NAPA Auto Parts store and bought some screw in side post battery terminals. I put one of them on my "spare" negative battery terminal."-Vqpower.com

From the Vq site it says he put it on a spare neg. term. on the battery, Im thinking about getting those myself, but from the looks of it its reg wire nothing special.
