I've only heard it makes you sounds like stock... a little better but still stock ish...

It doesn't sound stock in that video @ all. I'd love to replace my exaust and keep the stock quietness.

it doesnt sound stock because its a video so ur gonna hear more noise as is plus he has a warpspeed ypipe that adds to noise but if you get just the pacesetter it wont be that loud but yeah they do rust quick
